I have always had very thin, uneven brows due to a scar and previous work....As soon as I got there she greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome, the shop was extremely neat and clean which is always something you should pay attention to. She spent lots of time getting to know exactly what I wanted to achieve, explaining the different options I had, and what the end results would be. There were lots of precise measuring and drawing the outlines before getting started, which made me feel confident that she wanted them to look just as perfect as I did.
